This ICG-3 meeting will include an expanded agenda to permit time for the plenary session discussions, Provider Forum discussions and Working Group meetings.

The meeting will take place in beautiful Pasadena, California with local arrangements by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology and the offices of the International GNSS Service Central Bureau located at JPL.
