On behalf of the organizing committee for the Third Meeting of the International Committee on GNSS (ICG-3), we invite you and warmly welcome you to Pasadena, California this coming December. The ICG-3 will be held at the beautiful Westin Pasadena hotel in Pasadena, California, December 8-12, 2008.

The International Committee on Global Navigation Satellite Systems is established on a voluntary basis as an informal body to promote cooperation, as appropriate, on matters of mutual interest related to civilian satellite-based positioning, navigation, timing and value-added services, as well as the compatibility and interoperability of global navigation satellite systems, while increasing their use to support sustainable development, particularly in developing countries. Participants are system providers, international governmental organizations and international non-governmental organizations.

This ICG-3 meeting will include an expanded agenda to permit time for the plenary session discussions, Provider Forum discussions and Working Group meetings.

The meeting will take place in beautiful Pasadena, California with local arrangements by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology and the offices of the International GNSS Service Central Bureau located at JPL.
